Beer consists of 95 % of water, so defining the taste and the quality of water is very important. This is why we use the purest and cleanest water, coming straight from underground spring waters from the mountains.

Malt is a grain that has been specially prepared for brewing, it is what creates carbonation, alcohol, and additional flavours. Sahara Gold Beer is brewed with the best quality malt barley.
Malt
Malt is one of the basic ingredients of beer, which gives flavour, aroma, colour and fermentable material. Our malt is selected among the best varieties in Europe.
Hops
The hops in Sahara Gold Beer have been carefully chosen among the finest varieties in Europe.
Corn
We add corn for smoothness and drinkability. It lightens the body just enough to let bold flavour shine—without ever losing strength.
